#1: Drink Water With Every Meal

According to the Mayo Clinic, the recommended water intake in a day is 2.7 liters for women and 3.7 liters for men. The amount of water you should drink in a day can depend on your weight, where you live, and your activity levels. As a habit, you should drink water with every meal that you eat. That way, you get a chance to drink water a few times a day, even if you forget to drink most of the time.

#2: Sleep on a Consistent Schedule

You should aim to sleep 7-9 hours a day, but not just that. You should also sleep on a consistent schedule. This means going to sleep and waking up at about the same time every day.

By sleeping on a consistent schedule, you are making it easier for yourself to fall asleep and wake up. Even on weekends, you should try going to bed and waking up like on a weekday. Once sleep becomes one of your priorities, then it will be much easier to stick to a schedule that works for you.

#3: Make a Schedule for Your Workouts in the Week

People often make the excuse that they didn’t have any free time in the week to workout. Well, that means that they should be making the time. By creating a workout schedule for the week, it makes it much easier to see when you have free time and stick to it. Furthermore, creating a schedule allows you to see if you’re exercising enough.

A good workout schedule involves writing down what kind of workout you’ll be doing on what day and at what time. This simplifies everything, even when you’re too busy during the week to think about working out.

#4: Wash Your Face Every Morning and Evening

Washing your face every morning and evening has many health benefits. It wakes you up in the morning, keeps your face clean, and promotes good hygiene. This is a small habit that really helps to brighten the face if done continually.

#5: Eat Vegetables With Every Meal

Make it a habit to incorporate vegetables into every meal that you eat, even breakfast. This way, you can ensure that you are receiving enough vitamins and minerals. Also, vegetables are low in calories, so eating a lot of vegetables can prevent weight gain. The vegetables can be prepared in a variety of ways to keep your meals interesting and tasty.
